Tours in Colombia and Europe
Following its premiere in Colombia, Talking Hands embarked on a national tour with screenings in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Manizales, Quibdó, and other cities, offering audiences an opportunity to reflect on gold mining, cultural heritage, and the socio-environmental challenges facing the Chocó region.

The film was subsequently selected for Proimágenes Colombia’s Colombian Film Season, during which it was screened in Mosquera, Agua de Dios, and the island of Providencia, expanding its reach to new audiences in different regions of the country.
In 2026, the documentary embarked on a European tour that began with an invitation to the World Forum on Responsible Mining in Amsterdam and continued with screenings and events in Paris, Florence, Rome, and Barcelona, helping to amplify the voices of the Chocó communities on the international stage and to shape the debate on sustainable mining, environmental justice, and the cultural richness of Chocó, one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet.
